| The Plan Store.net is an architectural firm located in Bakersfield, California, specializing in house plans for single family residences. We have designed hundreds of homes and can easily provide assistance to our clients who wish to build. On our website, you can browse through these plans and be assured that each of these plans has been approved by a plan check process and has been previously built. Clients have the choice of purchasing one of the plans to use “as is” without any modifications for a nominal fee based on square footage. We are happy to make modifications to a plan in order to individualize it to suit our clients’ needs for an increased fee. Because much of what we design is based upon previous plans, our plan packages can be offered to our customers at a discounted price and your plan will be completed in less time. Of course, we are able to provide custom design services for those clients who wish to develop their own ideas from the ground up.
